2021 BENTONVILLE SUMMER CAMP
Kids STEM Studio offer students going into grades 1 to 7 a STEMulating Summer camp. Our camps are aimed at inspiring kids to explore STEM with Hands on Technology and Engineering activities.



CAMP INFORMATION
- For students going into grades 1 to 7
- New projects and theme every week
- Each day of camp includes 1/2 a day of technology and 1/2 a day of Engineering with outdoor recess
- Campers get to take home their Engineering models.
- Low student teacher ratio – 8:1
- Parents to provide nut free lunch and snacks
- Campers present their technology projects to their parents every Friday 3:30 to 4.

8:30 am to 4 pm (Week of Jul 5th – $260, no camp on Jul 5th)
$325 / Week - Early Care
8 am to 8:30 am
$20 / Week - Extended Care
4 pm to 5:30 pm
$50 / Week
Special Discounts
- Siblings receive an additional 5% discount when both are registered for the same week.
Registration and Cancellation
To help maintain our affordable pricing and ideal instructor-to-student ratios, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds or make up classes will be offered for missing days due to illness or other factors.
In an effort to create the safest possible environment for summer camp, we will strictly follow the CDC and local health guidelines.
- Small group of campers in a classroom.
- Before entering the studio all campers will have their temperature checked using a non-contact thermometer. Campers with a temperature above 100.9ºF will not be allowed to enter the studio. We ask that parents and guardians remain outside the studio to prevent any crowding and the possibility of contamination.
- Campers will each be seated at their own table to prevent unnecessary contact and sharing objects. Campers may remove their masks while at their own table but must put their mask back on before interacting with other campers.
- Campers remain at least 6 feet apart and do not share objects.
- Face coverings will be worn by staff when physical distancing is difficult.
- Curbside drop-off and pick-up of campers will be followed. No parents/guardians will be allowed inside our Studios.
- Keep each camper’s belongings separated from others’ and in individually labeled containers, cubbies, or areas.
- Avoid sharing electronic devices, supplies, toys, books, and other games or learning aids.
- Use of shared objects (if any) will be cleaned between use.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces at least twice daily or between use as much as possible.
- Cleaning products will not be used near children, and staff and will ensure that there is adequate ventilation when using these products.
- Teach and reinforce handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and increase monitoring to ensure adherence among campers and staff
- Post signs in highly visible locations that promote everyday protective measures.
