CHICAGO DAY-OFF CAMPS

We offer students in grades K to 6 a STEMulating day when schools are off.  Our day off camps are aimed at inspiring kids in their lives to explore and investigate STEM concepts with our passionate instructors.

Our day off camp  has Coding/Minecraft/Robotics in the morning with a 15 minutes break time. After lunch and recess, campers build their own engineering invention following the engineering cycle of designing, building, testing and improving.  They also get to take home their creations. After care available until 5:30 pm.

Camp Conduct Policy

Our primary goal at the camp is to ensure every participant has an enjoyable and safe experience in a nurturing environment. To achieve this, it is expected that all participants conduct themselves in a respectful manner and treat others with the same respect.

Throughout their time at camp, participants are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior. We have developed the following guidelines to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all campers and staff.

Our camp staff will actively reinforce positive behavior through methods such as positive reinforcement, firm statements, and redirecting activities. It is essential for all campers to understand and adhere to these guidelines. We kindly request that you review these guidelines with your child.

Consequences for inappropriate behavior may include the participant being unable to attend certain activities or, in severe cases, termination from the program.

Key expectations include speaking in a pleasant manner, with no tolerance for foul language, putdowns, or bullying.

All equipment and supplies must be treated with proper care and respect.

Showing respect towards the staff and fellow campers is fundamental.

Running and excessive shouting indoors are not permitted.

Behavior that is threatening to any child or others will not be tolerated at camp.

We encourage all participants to maintain a positive attitude and have fun throughout their camp experience.
