Our Classes
Will the classes be engaging for students who have done coding before?
Yes! We evaluate students to get a learning plan that will challenge them appropriately.
Will I get to see the things my child did/learned each day?
Yes, at the end of every class students will share what they have built and programmed.
Will students be able to learn at their own pace?
Yes! All classes are personalized to the student’s interests, skills and goals. We follow adaptive learning to provide a unique experience for each student to ensure that they are learning and working on projects that they truly enjoy and understand
What is your instructor: student ratio?
Our instructor: student ratio can be anywhere from 1:1 to 1:5.
Do you offer free trial class to try?
Yes. Just call or email us to schedule.
Can I sign up for classes in the middle of the month?
Yes! The fee will be prorated based on the number of weeks left in the month.
Can we do multiple class/week?
For sure, sign up for more classes at more discounted rates.
Will I get prorated refund for any missed class?
Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds for classes missed including scheduled holidays.
Will students be able to make up any missed class?
If you know that your child will miss a class, please contact us with as much notice as possible to make arrangements. To maintain our student to teacher ratio, make up classes must be Classified as Confidential scheduled ahead. Students can make up one missed class per month and they must attend the
makeup class within two weeks of missed class.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
To make it easy, registration is based on a recurring monthly billing cycle, with monthly fees automatically charged on or before 5th of every month. Cancellation request must be sent by the
25th of the month prior. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation requests received on or
after the 1st.
What is your inclement weather policy? Do you offer refunds in the event of a closing?
Safety is our top priority, for our staff and students. If our staff can safely make it to the Studio, we will be open. We will do our best to make up any missed classes due to bad weather. No partial refunds will be offered for weather closings.

Our Summer Camps
My child has no experience with computers. Will the camp be appropriate for him?
Absolutely! All our camps are personalized to the student’s skills. We follow adaptive learning to provide a unique experience for each student to ensure that they are working on projects that they truly enjoy and understand.
What should students bring?
A non-refrigerated lunch, two snacks and a labeled water bottle. If your child has any allergies, please make sure to mentioned that during the registration. Clearly label all your child’s belongings.
Do you offer early drop off and extended care?
A: Before care and extended care can be added to your camp registration. If you sign up for before care, your camper may be dropped off at 8 am. Extended care is available until 5:30pm.
How is Summer camp structured (student groupings, agenda, etc.)?
Students are grouped by grade level. Grades 1-3 learn and work together, while grades 4-7 learn and work together. This way, we can better differentiate the content according to grade level – and ultimately ensure that each student is offered an optimal, individualized mix of challenge and support. During breaks, recess, and lunches, all grade levels are often combined, which allows for strong social-emotional learning and growth.
Who will be supervising and instructing my child throughout camp?
Our dedicated and passionate instructors have bachelors degree or working towards that in the field of education, engineering, architecture and art.
Can I sign my child up for all 10 weeks of Summer camp? Will there be new projects every week?
Yes, of course, we encourage parents to register as many weeks as possible to get multi camp discounts. Many of our campers enroll for multiple weeks not to miss out on any
Is payment due in full when I register?
For each week a deposit of $100/week, is required upon registration. To confirm the registration, the remaining balance is due by May 1st. If you sign up after May 1st, then the full balance is due upon the time of registration.
What is your camp cancellation policy?
• $100 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. To confirm the registration, the remaining balance is due by May 1st. Registration will be canceled, and deposit will be forfeited if the balance is not paid by then. Once the balance of camp is paid it becomes non-refundable.
