Weekly Classes Makeup & Cancellation Policy

Makeup Class

Missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds. No refunds are issued for classes missed including scheduled holidays. If you know that your child will miss a class, please contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice, except in cases of emergency. To maintain our student to teacher ratio, make up classes must be scheduled ahead. Students can make up one missed class per month and they must attend the makeup class within two weeks of missed class. The membership must also be active to attend the make-up class

Billing and Cancellation

Registration is based on a recurring monthly billing cycle, with monthly fees automatically charged at the next billing cycle . Cancellation request must be sent 5 days prior to the next  billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any cancellation requests after the auto-payment. 

Only a written notice via email will be acceptable for cancellation. Please do not rely on your student to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be attending classes. When a student is not attending the class without notification, the student’s account will be charged for the additional month. This charge will be for holding the student’s place in that class to maintain our student to teacher ratio.

Arrival and Pickup

Be sure your student arrives on time for the scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Students should be escorted from the building to your car.

 

Personal Items

We will not be responsible for any personal items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

 

Inclement Weather

We will schedule make-up classes as needed when the center is closed due to inclement weather. Please follow our Facebook page for any updates regarding to weather.
